We are VERY excited to announce our first big event in collaboration with the Ultimate Frisbee team! This event will be full of Latino music, food and community. There will also be an Ultimate Frisbee charity match raising funds for 2 organizations:

If you decide to participate to play in the tournament, your ticket will be discounted!

Feel free to bring a ball, picnic blankets, and foldable chairs to enjoy the tournament and food, meet people in the RVC and maybe dance a lil 👀💃🎶

AVS Sports Weekend 2026

RVC is proud to host AVS Sports Weekend 2026, the biggest veterinary student sporting event in the UK! Across one unforgettable weekend, vet schools from across the country come together in London for sport, socials, and the kind of chaos only vet students can create

Your ticket gives you access to the full AVS Sports Weekend experience, including all official socials and evening events across the weekend, alongside the opportunity to represent RVC in the sporting fixtures taking place throughout the event.

Hosting Requirement

As the hosting university, RVC students purchasing a ticket are required to host a minimum of two visiting students for the weekend. This typically means offering a place for them to sleep (e.g. floor space, sofa, spare bed) from Friday to Sunday.

To thank students who host additional guests, ticket holders will receive £5 off their ticket price for every extra person hosted after the first two. Example:

Host 3 students → £5 off
Host 4 students → £10 off

*The maximum amount discount being £30 for 8 people*

Please note this rule is in regards to per ticketholder, NOT per household.
