Have you ever thought about becoming a qualified scuba diver or already have your certification? Do you want to try out scuba diving or snorkelling locally as well as having the chance to do dives all around the UK or abroad? You might even want to find out how scuba diving can help protect marine environments and aquatic life…

We will arrange test dives for beginners through a local diving school, regular trips around the UK and yearly diving holidays abroad. Alongside socials, we will be hosting talks from experts on marine conservation with an opportunity to find out how you can help with ocean clean-ups.

No matter whether you have never scuba-dived before or are very qualified, this is a great way to meet others who share the same passion for both protecting and exploring the planet.

Subs are now live for all our members. We have Three available subs. T

1. Social Sub 5£ - This sub is perfect for those wanting to get involved in the social aspect of the club. Includes access to:

All in-person and online social events
Try Dives
Refresher Dives
Participating in Fundraising events
Participating in Beach trips and Beach clean-ups

2. Education Sub £7.5 - Love Marine Life but don't want to be a Scuba Diver? This Sub is perfect for you!

Access to all social sub-associated activity
Involved in all things WAVMA-related such as the certification, calls, and information
Access to BDMLR Marine Mammal Medic Course
Access to guest speakers.
Marine and Conservation Talks with special guests.

3. Diving Sub £25

This sub is perfect for those interested in Scuba Diving, whether you're new or want to progress in your training. It will give you access to everything in the subs above as well as:

Includes all Education and social-associated activity
Dive trips (both UK and abroad)
Dive Training
E-Learning Courses
Regular pool sessions - organised upon request
Refresher pool sessions - organised upon request

Please note that anyone planning on joining us for diving trips will have to prove that they are covered by diving insurance. If you do not have your own already, please consider purchasing the British Sub Aqua Club's insurance, which covers diving (within your limit) in almost every country, and any organisation (SSI, Padi, etc.), for a year for just £35.
