Tell us a bit about yourself: I started my career in commercial hospitality living and working on the Isles of Scilly. I have my two dogs Cavapoochon sisters Daisy and Poppy who are the most spoilt princesses! I moved back to Hertfordshire to be a Wedding and Events Manager, organising many high profile weddings and celebrity events. For the last 5 years I have owned and run a pub with its own converted barn events.
Favourite Animal: Tortoise
Hobbies/Interests: Candle making, travelling to new countries, reading
Fun Fact: I got to meet and serve lunch to Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip on their Royal visit to the Isles of Scilly
