What are you most looking forward to this year?
Ania - I am looking forward to collaborating with the SU and Sylvie to help make university life fun for all students! I am also looking forward to having another year learning about my passion and creating more fun memories with friends
Sylvie - Running fun events in Camden and connecting students from both campuses! And of course, spending more time with my friends and making my last year of Biovet the best and as memorable as it can be
What is your top recommendation for students to get involved during their time at university?
Ania - I would also try out as many societies as possible. It can seem quite daunting as it is something new with a lot of new people, but you’ll end up creating great friends and learning more about others but also yourself as a person! I would also say to try and get yourself involved with student elections too :)
Sylvie - Join a club/society that you enjoy! Sometimes when you’re stressed from studying, a good sport or social session is all you need to re-energize. Plus, it’s a great way to meet new people across different years and courses as well!
Favourite Animal:
Ania - Always a tough question to answer because I’m never set on just one but a consistent one at the top of my list is always an Elephant
Sylvie - I feel like it always changes (and I can’t decide) but right now I think tapirs are cool!
Hobbies/Interests:
Ania - Anything artsy, Hiking/going on walks, eating new foods.
Sylvie - Badminton, travelling, cafe hopping
Fun Fact:
Ania - I have had an artwork published in a gallery in Yorkshire
Sylvie - I’ve lived in seven different cities growing up!
