This club is a hub for all things fitness, promoting mental wellbeing through physical activity and providing a non-competitive and inclusive environment for people to get fit. We aim to cater to all levels, because fitness is for everyone.
For the current members, planned sessions involve running, circuit training (with boxing), calisthenics and sprinting. The club needs people like you to help it grow!

Lead Your Own Session
Runners, Calisthenics Athletes, Fighters, Yogis, Pilates Queens/Kings...Fitness Club needs you!
Due to the general nature of our club, we can in theory host a huge variety of sessions and workshops. If you are passionate about a particular discipline and would like to lead a one-off or occasional session, please contact me via email or WhatsApp. Variety helps us offer more for the members involved and grow this club to what it can be.
This is especially important for students based in Hawkshead. I am currently based in Camden, so most sessions are currently held there. Ideally, this club should run actively on both campuses. So if there is anyone up in Hawkshead that would be interested in hosting circuit sessions, a run club or anything similar - contact me and I will do my best to help you get it set up.
Join the Committee
There are some committee positions open, including Treasurer and Social Secretary. We are also open to creating unique roles depending on members contribute to the Fitness Club (for example, a run-club lead or strength coach).
If you would like to get involved and add something distinctive to your CV, please email me. The only requirement to apply is that you bring one realistic idea that could be implemented within the Fitness Club.

Circuit Boxing - In the Camden Activities Studio and SAWC in Hawkshead

The Fitness Club will also run collaborations with other RVC Clubs.
