JOSEPH CORDONIER

Dear Student Body,

My name is Joseph Cordonier and I would like to serve as your Vice President Representations and Communications officer. I strongly believe in the importance of students receiving the best quality of education and experience from their university. As a current student representative, I understand the role student representatives can play to facilitate that experience. My goal is to develop a culture of communication between students, faculty and staff, using a progressive mindset to provide the highest level of service to our students. As a member of several campus committees, I understand some of the current demands expressed by students as well as the necessity of working with board members or stakeholders to accommodate these demands. I have spent several years working in student leadership roles, including acting as the social coordinator and media liaison for students at my previous university. With these positions I have had extensive experience working with, and writing for, both university and public media sources. In addition, I have organized many student engagement events to increase student participation and better the overall student life. I would love to be given the opportunity to use my skill set to serve the Royal Veterinary College as the VP Representation and Communications officer.

Sincerely,
Joseph Cordonier
