RVC Students’ Union Officer Elections Are Now Open

Nominations are now open for the RVC Students’ Union Officer Elections for the 2026/27 academic year. There are 13 officer roles available, giving students the chance to represent their peers and help shape student life across both Camden and Hawkshead.

Officer roles involve working with students, societies, reps and the SU team to raise issues, improve student experience and make sure student voices are heard at all levels of the College.

Key dates to know:

  • Nominations open - Saturday 24th of January at 8am

  • Nominations close - Friday 6th of February at 12pm

  • Campaigning period - 7th of February to 22nd of February

  • Hustings - Wednesday 11th of February, 5pm to 7pm (Hawkshead and Instagram Live)

  • Voting opens - Monday 23rd of February at 8am

  • Voting closes - Sunday 1st of March at 6pm

  • Results announced - Wednesday 4th of March at The Haxby

To run, students will need to submit a short manifesto explaining who they are and what they want to work on during their time in role. All students are encouraged to engage with campaigning and vote, even if they are not standing.
