AVS Sports Weekend 2025 – RVC Takes on Bristol 

Get ready for one of the biggest weekends in the vet school calendar - AVS Sports Weekend 2025 is happening Friday 7th to Sunday 9th November, and this year we’re heading to Bristol!

Tickets: £135 

Includes:

• Return coach travel from Hawskhead to Bristol 

• Two nights’ accommodation hosted by Bristol vet students 

• RVC T-shirt and themed costume 

• Breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday 

• Entry to Friday night at Laokta and Saturday night social 

• Entry to Saturday sports tournament – including access to a full 3G football pitch, rugby pitch and netball courts 

 Sports on Saturday:

• Football (3G pitch)

• Rugby (grass pitch)

• Netball (full court)

• Tug of war

• Egg & spoon race

• Three-legged race

You must take part in at least one sport – whether you’re in it to win or just for the laughs!

Timeline:

• Leave Hawkshead Friday afternoon – aiming to arrive in Bristol that evening

• Return Sunday morning – from Bristol back to Hawkshead

Tickets go live Wednesday 25th June and RVC has a fixed allocation – once they’re gone, they’re gone!
