Kate graduated from the RVC in 2012 and started her career in mixed practice. Since 2018 she has worked in small animal practice and gained her Post Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Medicine in 2019. She went on to complete a Masters in Organisational Psychology, focusing her thesis on the impact of personality traits on perceived stress and turnover intention in veterinary surgeons. She is currently on maternity leave and plans to return to her role of Clinical Director in 2026.
