Sign up here to take part in this FREE yoga class taught by RVC alumni Amar Panesar! Amar is trained in leading Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga and is kindly volunteering his time to share his knowledge with current students.
The classes will incorporate teachings from both Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. Ashtanga follows a strict, unchanging sequence of poses, building internal heat and discipline, while Vinyasa is a more creative, varied style, with sequences changing class to class, focusing on fluid transitions between poses for a dynamic experience. Classes will also include pranayama (breathwork) and meditation with some introductions into yoga philosophy along the journey. Looking forward to welcoming all those interested.
