Following a tradition predating 1987, The FYR Show is back! Presenting 'Once Upon a Time in Hawkshead' — a one-night-only blast that brings together students from all years, alumni and staff for an unforgettable experience (AKA the best event in the 2024 RVC calendar).

Join us as we turn the spotlight on final year at the number one vet school in the world. This isn’t just a performance; it's a celebration of every milestone and misstep on the road to becoming a vet. Your favorite lecturers will hit the stage in unexpected roles, bringing to life the humor and heartache of veterinary training at RVC, and who knows, maybe you or your friends may feature in some of the videos! Whether you’re a fresher, a soon-to-be grad, a proud alum, or a staff member at the RVC, this is your chance to relive the chaos, share the triumphs, and maybe even meet your past or future self in the corridors of our mock RVC. But not so fast! After the show, the theater will be transformed into the infamous Wyllyotts afterparty so buy a combination ticket to boogie to some good tunes. There will be various drinks deals at the bar and finally … after a heavy copyright lawsuit … the Buttery bomb will be available as well as a mysterious Wyllyotts bomb!
